Job Opportunity: US Voice Process (Insurance)

Job Description

Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield
Shifts: 3 fixed US shifts
Timings:
5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekends: Fixed off on Saturday and Sunday

Salary Details:

For candidates with 0-17 months of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 take-home

For candidates with 18+ months of experience: Up to ₹30,000 take-home

Additional variable pay: Up to ₹5,500

Transportation:

If you live near a metro station: One-way travel by metro (with reimbursement), and a free cab for the other way

For other candidates: Two-way cab service provided

Interview Process:

3 rounds of interviews

Requirements:

1. Must be a graduate (candidates with BE, BTech, or a master’s degree are not eligible)

2. Excellent English communication skills

3. Relevant work experience
