Position Overview:
We are looking for freshers to join our team in a voice process role focused on medical insurance. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth, with training and support provided.

Compensation:

Annual Package: ₹2.35 LPA

Monthly Take-Home: ₹21,631

Role Specifications:

Location: Chamundi Towers, Electronic City

Shift Timing: US shift, night rotational

Working Days: Monday to Friday (fixed Saturday & Sunday off)

Transportation: Free two-way cab service within an 18-20 km radius

Interview Process:

L1 – HR Screening: Initial round with an HR recruiter to evaluate candidate fit.

L2 – SVAR Test: Assessment of verbal skills (minimum passing score: 60).

L3 – Voice & Accent Round: Evaluation of communication clarity and accent.

L4 – Operations Round: Final interview round with operations for job alignment.
