Position: Customer Support Representative – Airline Process
Location: Manyata Tech Park, Hennur Branch
Job Description: As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide high-quality assistance for an airline process, handling inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and excellent communication skills. This role requires a strong command of English and the ability to manage customer queries effectively in a rotational shift environment.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum PUC or higher
Experience: 6-12 months in International Voice Support
Language Skills: Excellent English communication
Compensation:
Salary: Up to 28k CTC, with a take-home of 24k
Benefits: 2-Way Cab Facility
Work Schedule:
5 Days a Week, with 2 Rotational Days Off
