Job Details
???? Process: Customer Support (Airline Process)
???? Location: Manyata Tech Park, Hennur Branch
???? Education: Minimum requirement of PUC or above
????️ Language Requirement: Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
???? Experience: 6 to 12 months of experience in international voice support preferred
???? Salary: Up to 28k CTC, with a take-home salary of 24k
⏰ Shift Schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational days off; rotational shifts apply
???? Cab Facility: 2-way transportation provided
Interview Process
1. HR Round – Initial screening
2. Versant Test – Assessment of language and communication skills
3. Operations Round – Role-specific interview with operations team
