We’re hiring for an in-house Customer Support role specializing in airline services, located at Manyata Tech Park. Key Details
Role: Customer Support for Airline Process (International Voice Process)
Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Educational Requirement: Minimum PUC (12th grade) or higher
Experience: 6-12 months in International Voice Support
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹28,000 CTC, with a take-home of approximately ₹24,000
Shifts: 5 working days per week with 2 rotational days off; includes rotational shifts
Cab Facility: 2-way cab service provided for convenient commuting

1. HR Interview – Initial screening and eligibility assessment
2. Versant Test – Evaluation of communication and language skills
3. Operations Round – Final round focusing on job role requirements
