Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our US voice process team specializing in insurance. This role involves providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and assisting clients with their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

Shift Details:
We have three fixed shifts available:

5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Work Schedule:

Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Week Offs: Fixed off on Saturday and Sunday

Salary Structure:

For 0-17 months of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

For 18+ months of experience: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

Transportation:

Candidates will need to travel one way via metro (reimbursement provided), with free cab service for the return trip.

For other candidates, two-way cab service is provided.

Interview Process:

Three rounds of interviews

Requirements:

1. Education: Graduates only (No BE, B.Tech, or Master’s candidates)

2. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills are essential.

3. Experience: Prior experience in a voice process is required.
