Job Description
Role: Customer Support Specialist for Airline Process
Work Location: Manyata Tech Park
Educational Requirement: Minimum qualification of PUC or higher
Language Proficiency: Strong command of English
Experience: At least 6 to 12 months in International Voice Support
Compensation: Maximum of 28k CTC, with a 24k Take-Home
Shift Pattern: 5 working days per week with 2 days off, includes rotational shifts
Transport: 2-way cab facility available
