Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Medical Insurance Associate in the Voice Process! You will be responsible for assisting customers with their medical insurance queries, providing information about policy details, and resolving any issues they may have. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility:

Freshers are encouraged to apply (Both Graduates and Undergraduates welcome).

Salary:

Annual Package: ₹2.35 LPA

Monthly Take-Home Salary: ₹21,631

Job Details:

📍 Work Location: Ecity (Chamundi Towers)

⏰ Shift: US Shift (Night rotational)

📅 Working Days: 5 days a week (fixed off on Saturdays and Sundays)

🚖 Cab Service: 2-way cab available for employees within an 18-20 km radius.
