Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

???? Key Responsibilities:

???? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.

????️ Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting.

????️ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

???? Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals.

???? Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

???? Qualifications:

PUC (Pre-University Course) or higher.

????️ Strong communication skills in English.

⚡ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

???? Salary Structure:

Freshers: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 per month.

Experienced Candidates: ₹26,000 per month + ₹200 daily shift allowance (approx. ₹4,000 monthly).
