Job Description

📍 Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, Near Brookefield
🕒 Shift Timings:

Shift 1: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Shift 2: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Shift 3: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

🗓 Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday (5 working days)

Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

💸 Salary:

0-17 months of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

18+ months of experience: Up to ₹30,000 per month

💥 Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

🚗 Cab Facility:

Near Metro: One-way metro travel reimbursement & free cab for the other way

Other Candidates: Two-way cab services provided

🔢 Interview Process: 3 rounds

🎓 Eligibility:

1. Education: Graduates only (No BE, BTech, or Master’s degree holders)

2. Skills: Excellent English communication

3. Experience: Prior experience in voice/customer support is preferred
