???? Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our international insurance project team! ???? This role is a great opportunity for recent graduates and undergraduates with excellent English communication skills ???? and a passion for operational excellence ????. Please note: candidates with BE/BTEC or postgraduate qualifications are not eligible for this role.
???? Key Responsibilities:
???? Analyze operational processes and workflows to identify efficiencies and improvements.
???? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
???? Prepare and present reports on operational performance metrics.
⏳ Support project management activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
???? Troubleshoot operational issues and develop solutions to enhance service delivery.
???? Requirements:
???? Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate (non-engineering, non-PG).
???? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
???? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
???? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
✔️ Experience in the insurance sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
???? Compensation:
Salary up to 30,000 THB ???? (based on last withdrawn salary).
???? Working Conditions:
????️ 5 days a week with fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday) ????.
???? Transportation provided both ways.

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM ????
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM ????
5:30 PM – 3:30 AM ????
6:30 PM – 4:30 AM ????
8:30 PM – 5:30 AM ????
