Job Description:
Join us as a Customer Support Associate in the Medical Insurance Voice Process. This role involves assisting customers in resolving queries related to their medical insurance policies. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills and an ability to work effectively in night shifts.

Salary:
Annual: ₹2.35 LPA
Monthly Take Home: ₹21,631
Work Details:
Location: Ecity (Chamundi Towers)
Shift: US Shift (Night rotation)
Working Days: 5 days a week, with fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
Transport: 2-way cab service within an 18-20 km radius
Interview Process:
1️⃣ Round 1 – HR Recruiter Screening
2️⃣ Round 2 – SVAR Test (Minimum score: 60)
3️⃣ Round 3 – Voice & Accent Assessment
4️⃣ Round 4 – Operations Round
