Location: Marathahalli

We are seeking motivated Customer Support Executives for a Non-Voice Process role to assist customers through email, chat, and other text-based communication platforms. Join our team to help deliver outstanding customer service and build positive experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide assistance and resolve customer queries via email and chat

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by offering quick and accurate solutions

Document customer interactions for future reference

Ensure professionalism in all customer communications

Eligibility:

Educational Qualification: PUC & Above

Strong written communication skills

Comfortable working in US Rotational Shifts

Open to freshers and experienced candidates

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹19,000 take-home + ₹15,000 retention bonus

Work Schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational days off

Transport: Free 2-way cab service within a 25 km radius
