We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team in a non-voice process role. In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support via digital channels. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner through non-voice channels (email, chat, etc.).

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.

Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our systems.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: ₹19,000 take-home pay per month + ₹15,000 retention bonus for both freshers and experienced candidates.

Shift: US Rotational Shifts.

Work Schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational days off.

Cab Service: Complimentary two-way cab service available within a 25 km radius.

Qualifications:

Education: PUC (Pre-University Course) or above.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
