Position Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our non-voice support team. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who are eager to assist customers and provide excellent service.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹19,000 take-home pay per month, along with a ₹15,000 retention bonus.

Work Schedule:

Shift Timing: US Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 days off that rotate.

Qualifications:

Education: PUC (Pre-University Course) or higher.
