Job Description:
We are looking for candidates to join our team as Customer Support Executives for a broadband service provider. The role involves assisting customers via chat, handling their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for managing customer relationships in an efficient and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to broadband customers through chat interactions.
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues related to broadband services.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
Collaborate with the technical team for any service-related escalations.
Maintain logs of customer interactions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Eligibility:
Freshers are welcome.
Experienced candidates (minimum 6 months in International Chat Process) are preferred.
Salary Structure:
Freshers: ₹21,000 take-home salary.
Experienced: Up to ₹23,000 take-home (based on relevant experience in an International Chat Process).
Cab Facility:
Male Employees: Two-way cab facility with a deduction of ₹2750.
Female Employees: One-way cab service with a deduction of ₹1375.
Interview Process:
1️⃣ HR Round: Initial screening and discussion.
2️⃣ Assessment: Evaluation of your skills through an assessment test.
3️⃣ Operations Round: Final round with the operations team.
Interview Location:
Walk-in interviews are conducted at Hennur & Koramangala locations from Monday to Friday between 10 AM to 12 PM.
