We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team in a non-voice process role. In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support via digital channels. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
π Key Responsibilities:
π§ Respond to customer queries and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner through non-voice channels (email, chat, etc.).
π Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
π Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our systems.
π€ Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
π Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
π° Salary and Benefits:
Salary: βΉ19,000 take-home pay per month + βΉ15,000 retention bonus for both freshers and experienced candidates.
π Shift: US Rotational Shifts.
π Work Schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational days off.
π Cab Service: Complimentary two-way cab service available within a 25 km radius.
π Qualifications:
Education: PUC (Pre-University Course) or above.
π¬ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
