Process: Customer Support for Airline Services
Location: Manyata Tech Park
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Minimum qualification of PUC or above
Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English
Experience: 6 to 12 months in international voice support
Job Highlights:
Salary: Up to 28k CTC, with a take-home pay of 24k
Work Schedule: 5 days per week with 2 rotational off days
Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts
Transportation: Two-way cab facility provided
Interview Process:
1. HR Round – Screening stage
2. Versant Test – Communication assessment
3. Operations Round – Final evaluation
