We are seeking dedicated and dynamic customer support professionals to join our US-based voice process for an insurance company. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently.

Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield

Shifts:

Fixed US Shifts

Shift timings:

5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Work Schedule:

Days: Monday – Friday (5 days a week)

Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off

Compensation:

0 – 17 months experience: INR 20,000 – 22,000 take-home

18+ months experience: Up to INR 30,000 take-home

Variable Pay: Up to INR 5,500

Transportation:

Near Metro: One-way travel by metro (with reimbursement) and free cab for the other way

Other Locations: Free two-way cab service

Interview Process: 3 rounds

Requirements:

1. Education: Only graduates (no BE, B.Tech, or Masters candidates)

2. Skills: Excellent English communication skills

3. Experience: Relevant experience in a voice process role preferred
