Job Opening: US Voice Process (Insurance Sector)

Job Description

Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield
Shift Options: Fixed US shifts, with the following timings:

5:30 pm – 2:30 am

6:30 pm – 3:30 am

8:30 pm – 5:30 am

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Weekend Offs: Fixed off on Saturdays and Sundays

Salary Package:

0 – 17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 take-home pay

18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 take-home pay
Variable Pay: Additional earnings up to ₹5,500 based on performance

Transport Benefits:

For candidates close to a metro station: One-way metro fare is reimbursed, with a free cab provided for the return trip

For others: Free cab service both ways

Interview Rounds: 3 rounds of interviews

Requirements:

1. Graduate (Note: BE, B.Tech, and Master’s degree holders are not eligible)

2. Excellent English communication skills

3. Relevant experience preferred
