Job Description

Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, Near Brookefield
Shift Timings:

5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Week Offs: Saturday and Sunday (Fixed)

Salary:

0-17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Take Home)

18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Take Home)

Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

Benefits:

Cab Facility: For candidates near the metro, reimbursement for one-way metro travel, and free cab for the other way.

Two-way Cabs are provided for other candidates.

Job Description:
We are hiring for a US Voice Process in the Insurance sector. The role involves providing customer support and resolving issues related to insurance services through voice communication. The candidate must be proficient in English and able to handle customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification: Graduate (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates)

2. Excellent English Communication Skills

3. Experience: Previous experience in a voice process or related field is required.

Interview Process:

3 rounds of interviews will be conducted.
