Job Opening: US Voice Process (Insurance)

Job Description

Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, Near Brookefield
Shift Options:

5:30 PM to 2:30 AM

6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
Work Week: Monday to Friday (5 days)
Weekend Off: Saturday and Sunday

Compensation:

0 to 17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take Home)

18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take Home)

Additional Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

Transportation:

For candidates living near the metro: One-way travel by metro (reimbursement provided), with free cab service for the return journey.

For other candidates: Two-way cab service provided.

Interview Process:

3 interview rounds will be conducted.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualifications: Only graduates (No BE, BTech, or Master’s degree holders)

2. Skills: Excellent communication skills in English

3. Experience: Prior experience in a voice-based process or customer service is preferred.
