Position Overview: Join our team as a Customer Support Representative handling international airline process inquiries. We’re looking for enthusiastic and skilled professionals with a background in international voice support.
Key Details:
Process: Customer Support for Airline Process
Education: Minimum of PUC (Pre-University College) or higher
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English required
Experience: At least 6-12 months in International Voice Support roles
Salary: Up to 28k CTC (24k Take Home)
Shift Pattern: 5 days a week, rotational shifts with 2 days off
Transportation: 2-way cab facility provided
