Position: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process
Location: Hennur Drive, Electronic City, Bengaluru
About the Role:
IntouchCX is seeking experienced and motivated Customer Support Executives to join our international voice process team. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach, who are passionate about providing top-notch support to international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service through phone interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic demeanor with every interaction.
Document and escalate customer feedback and complaints as needed to improve the service process.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience continuously.
Requirements:
Education: PUC (12th pass) or higher.
Experience: Minimum 6 months in international voice support.
Age Limit: Up to 32 years.
Shift & Benefits:
Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off.
Shift Timing: Monday to Friday.
Cab Facility: Two-way cab service provided.
Salary: Competitive take-home pay of up to INR 28,000-30,000 per month.
Interview Process:
1. HR Screening – Initial assessment to evaluate eligibility and fit.
2. Voice and Accent (VnA) Round – Evaluation of communication skills and accent.
3. Operations Round – Final round to assess job-specific skills and problem-solving abilities.
