Broadband Customer Support – Chat Process (Entry Level)

Location: Brookfield, Bangalore
Shift: UK Shift
Working Days: 5 days with 2 rotational offs

Salary:

• For Freshers: ₹21,000 take-home
• For Experienced (min. 6 months in International Chat): Up to ₹23,000 take-home

Cab Service:

• Male employees: Round-trip with ₹2,750 deduction
• Female employees: One-way with ₹1,375 deduction

Eligibility:

• Open to freshers and experienced candidates (minimum 6 months in International Chat Process)

Interview Rounds:

1. HR Round
2. Assessment
3. Operations Round

Interview Location: Hennur & Koramangala, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 12 PM
