Job Description

Chat Support Agent – Broadband Service (UK Shift)

Location: Brookfield, Bangalore
Shift: UK shift timing
Work Schedule: 5 days working with 2 rotational days off

Salary:

• For Freshers: ₹21,000 take-home
• For Experienced (min. 6 months in International Chat): Up to ₹23,000 take-home

Transportation:

• Male employees: Round-trip cab with ₹2,750 deduction
• Female employees: One-way cab with ₹1,375 deduction

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of International Chat Process experience

Interview Process:

1. HR Screening
2. Skill Assessment
3. Operations Interview

Interview Location: Hennur & Koramangala, from Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 12 PM
