Customer Support Executive – Broadband Chat Process

Shift: UK Timing
Location: Brookfield, Bangalore
Working Days: 5-day work week with 2 rotational offs

Compensation:

• Freshers: ₹21,000 take-home
• Experienced (6+ months in International Chat Process): Up to ₹23,000 take-home

Cab Details:

• Male employees: Two-way transport with a ₹2,750 deduction
• Female employees: One-way transport with a ₹1,375 deduction

Requirements:

• Freshers welcome, or minimum 6 months experience in International Chat Process

Interview Stages:

1. HR Interview
2. Skill Assessment
3. Operations Round

Interview Location: Available at Hennur & Koramangala, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 12 PM
