Broadband Customer Support – Chat Process (UK Shift)

Location: Brookfield, Bangalore
Shift: UK Shift
Working Days: 5 days per week, with 2 rotational offs

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹21,000 take-home
• Experienced: Up to ₹23,000 take-home (minimum 6 months of experience in International Chat Process)

Cab Facility:

• Male employees: Two-way cab with a deduction of ₹2,750
• Female employees: One-way cab with a deduction of ₹1,375

Eligibility:

• Open to freshers and those with at least 6 months of experience in International Chat Process

Interview Rounds:

1. HR Round
2. Assessment
3. Operations Round

Interview Location: Hennur & Koramangala, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 12 PM
