Job Description

Customer Support Executive – US Shift (Insurance) 🛡️🎧

📍 Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield
🕒 Shifts: 5:30 pm – 2:30 am, 6:30 pm – 3:30 am, 8:30 pm – 5:30 am
📆 Work Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed weekends off)

💵 Compensation:

• 🎓 Entry-level (0-17 months): ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 take-home
• 💼 Experienced (18+ months): Up to ₹30,000 take-home
• 🏅 Variable pay: Up to ₹5,500

🚗 Transport:

• 🚇 For metro-accessible candidates: One-way metro reimbursement + one-way cab
• 🚕 For all others: Two-way cab service provided

🔍 Eligibility:
1️⃣ Graduate (No BE, B.Tech, or Master’s)
2️⃣ Proficient in English communication
3️⃣ Prior experience required
