Job Description

Voice Process Executive – US Shift (Insurance Domain)

Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield
Shift Timings: 3 Fixed US shifts: 5:30 pm – 2:30 am, 6:30 pm – 3:30 am, 8:30 pm – 5:30 am
Working Days: Monday – Friday (Fixed weekends off)

Salary Structure:

• Less than 18 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 take-home
• 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 take-home
• Variable pay of up to ₹5,500

Cab Facilities:

• Metro-accessible candidates: One-way metro travel with reimbursement, one-way free cab
• All other candidates: Two-way cab provided

Requirements:

1. Graduation (Excludes BE, B.Tech, and Master’s degrees)
2. Excellent English communication skills
3. Relevant experience
