Job Description

Customer Support Executive – US Shift (Insurance Process)

Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield
Shift: Fixed US shifts (5:30 pm – 2:30 am, 6:30 pm – 3:30 am, 8:30 pm – 5:30 am)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends off

Compensation:

• 0-17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 take-home
• 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 take-home
• Additional variable pay: Up to ₹5,500

Transportation:

• For metro-accessible candidates: One-way metro (reimbursed) and one-way cab
• Other candidates: Free two-way cab service

Eligibility:

1. Graduates only (Excluding BE, B.Tech, and Master’s candidates)
2. Proficiency in English communication
3. Prior experience required
