Job Description

US Voice Process Specialist – Insurance

Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield
Shift Timings: Fixed US shifts – 5:30 pm to 2:30 am, 6:30 pm to 3:30 am, 8:30 pm to 5:30 am
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
Week Offs: Fixed off on Saturday and Sunday

Salary:

• 0–17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 take-home
• 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 take-home
• Variable pay: Up to ₹5,500

Cab Facility:

• Near metro: One-way travel via metro with reimbursement, one-way free cab
• Other candidates: Two-way cab service provided

Requirements:

1. Graduate (Excludes BE, B.Tech, and Master’s degrees)
2. Strong English communication skills
3. Relevant experience required
