Job Description

🔍 Role: Insurance Voice Process Specialist – US Shift
📍 Location: EPIP Area, Graphite India Main Road, near Brookefield
🌜 Shift Pattern: Fixed US Shifts
🕐 Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM, or 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
📅 Work Days: Monday – Friday
🚫 Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

💰 Compensation:

• 0 – 17 months of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take-Home)
• 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take-Home)
• 🎯 Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

🚍 Transportation:

• Metro-Accessible: Reimbursed one-way metro travel and free cab for the other way.
• Other Locations: Two-way cab service provided.

📑 Requirements:

1. Graduate (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates)
2. 🗣 Strong English communication skills
3. 📈 Relevant experience in customer support
