Job Description

📢 Position: Customer Support Executive (US Voice Process – Insurance)
📍 Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, Near Brookefield
🕒 Shifts: Fixed US Shifts
🕰 Shift Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM, or 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
📅 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
🚫 Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

💰 Salary:

• 0 – 17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take-Home)
• 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take-Home)
• 🎯 Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

🚗 Transport:

• Near Metro: One-way metro travel (reimbursed) and free cab for the other way.
• Other Locations: Two-way cab service provided.

📝 Requirements:

1. Graduate (Excludes BE, BTech, and Master’s holders)
2. 💬 Excellent English communication
3. 💼 Relevant experience
