Job Description

Role: Insurance Voice Process Specialist – US Shift
Location: EPIP Area, Graphite India Main Road, near Brookefield
Shift Pattern: Fixed US Shifts
Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM, or 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Work Days: Monday – Friday (5-day week)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Compensation:

• 0 – 17 months of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take-Home)
• 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take-Home)
• Performance-Based Pay: Up to ₹5,500

Transportation:

• Candidates near metro: Reimbursed one-way metro travel and cab for the other direction.
• Other candidates: Provided with two-way cab service.

Requirements:

1. Graduate (No BE, BTech, or Master’s candidates)
2. Strong English communication
3. Relevant work experience
