Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative – US Insurance Process
Location: Near Brookefield, Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area
Shifts: Evening and Night Shifts (Fixed)
Shift Hours: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM, 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Work Week: Monday to Friday with Saturday and Sunday off

Salary Details:

• 0 – 17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take-Home)
• 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take-Home)
• Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

Cab Facilities:

• For Metro-Accessible Candidates: One-way travel by metro (reimbursement provided), free cab for the other way.
• For Others: Two-way cab service provided.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate (BE, BTech, and Masters candidates are not eligible)
2. Proficient in English communication
3. Prior experience in customer support (voice process preferred)
