Job Description

Hiring: Voice Process Representative – US Shift (Insurance)
Location: EPIP Area, near Brookefield, Graphite India Main Road
Shift Timing: Fixed US Timings (Evening/Night Shifts)
Available Shifts: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM, 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Working Days: Monday through Friday (5-day workweek)
Weekly Offs: Saturdays and Sundays

Pay Scale:

• 0 – 17 months of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take-Home)
• 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take-Home)
• Additional Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

Transport:

• Metro Accessibility: One-way metro travel reimbursed; free cab for the other way.
• Other Areas: Two-way cab service.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate only (Excluding BE, BTech, and Masters)
2. Fluent English communication
3. Relevant experience in a voice process role
