Job Description

Position: US Voice Process – Insurance Services

Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield.

Shift Availability: Fixed US Shifts (3 options)

• 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Weekend Off: Saturday and Sunday

Pay Scale:

• 0-17 months experience: INR 20,000 – 22,000 Take Home
• 18+ months experience: Up to INR 30,000 Take Home
• Additional Variable Pay up to INR 5,500

Transport Service:

• Metro commuters: One-way reimbursed metro travel, free return cab
• Non-metro commuters: Two-way cab

Interview Process: 3 stages

Requirements:

1. Graduate (excluding BE, BTech, and Masters)
2. Excellent English communication skills
3. Relevant experience required
