Job Description
Position: Customer Support Executive (US Voice Process – Insurance)
Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, Near Brookefield
Shifts: Fixed US Shifts
Shift Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM, or 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day workweek)
Weekly Offs: Saturday and Sunday
Salary:
• 0 – 17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take-Home)
• 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take-Home)
• Additional Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500
Transport:
• Near Metro: Candidates travel one way via metro (with reimbursement), the other way is provided by a free cab.
• Other Locations: Two-way cab service provided.
Requirements:
1. Graduate (Excluding BE, BTech, and Masters holders)
2. Excellent English communication skills
3. Relevant work experience in voice process
