Job Description

Customer Support – US Voice Process (Insurance)
Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Zone, Near Brookefield
Shifts: Fixed US Shift
Timings:

• 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)

Salary & Benefits:

• 0-17 months experience: INR 20,000 – 22,000 (Take Home)
• 18+ months experience: Up to INR 30,000 (Take Home)
• Variable component: Up to INR 5,500

Transportation:

• Metro commuters: One-way travel via metro with reimbursement, free cab for return
• Two-way cab service for all other candidates

Requirements:

1. Graduate candidates only (No BE, B.Tech, or Master’s degree holders)
2. Strong proficiency in English
3. Previous relevant experience
