Broadband Customer Support (Chat Process) – UK Shift

Shift: UK Shift
Working Days: 5 days per week with 2 rotational days off
Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹21,000 take home
• Experienced (minimum 6 months in International Chat Process): Up to ₹23,000 take home

Cab Facility:

• Male employees: Both ways with ₹2,750 deduction
• Female employees: One way with ₹1,375 deduction

Eligibility:

• Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in International Chat Process

Interview Rounds:

1. HR Round
2. Assessment
3. Operations Round

Interview Venue:

• Hennur & Koramangala, Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 12 PM
