Insurance Customer Service Agent – US Voice Support

📍 Location: Brookefield Area, Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Zone
🕒 Shifts: 3 fixed US shifts
⌛️ Shift Hours:

• 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday (🛌 Saturday & Sunday off)
💸 Compensation:

• 🆕 0-17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take Home)
• 🔥 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take Home)
📈 Incentives: Variable pay up to ₹5,500

🚗 Transportation:

• Near metro: 🚇 One-way reimbursement & 🚖 one-way cab
• Others: 🚖 Two-way cab service

📌 Eligibility:
🎓 Graduate (BE, BTech, Master’s excluded)
🗣️ Strong English communication
