Customer Support Associate – US Voice Process (Insurance)

📍 Location: EPIP Area, Graphite India Main Road, near Brookefield
🕒 Shift Options: Fixed shifts for US timings
⌛️ Hours:

• 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday (🛌 Weekends off)
💸 Pay Scale:

• 🆕 0-17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take Home)
• 🔥 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take Home)
💵 Additional Pay: Variable pay up to ₹5,500

🚗 Cab Services:

• Near metro: 🚇 One-way reimbursement & 🚖 one-way cab
• Others: 🚖 Two-way cab service

📌 Qualifications:
🎓 Graduate only (No BE, BTech, Master’s)
💬 Excellent English skills
💼 Relevant experience
