Job Description
US Shift Customer Service Executive – Insurance Sector
Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield
Shift Timings: 3 fixed US shifts
• 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed weekends off)
Compensation:
• ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (for 0-17 months’ experience)
• Up to ₹30,000 (for 18+ months’ experience)
Additional Earnings: Variable pay up to ₹5,500
Cab Arrangements:
• Metro-connected candidates get one-way reimbursement and one-way cab service.
• Other candidates receive two-way cab service.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree holders (BE, BTech, and Master’s excluded)
2. Strong command of English communication
3. Relevant experience required
