Job Description

Hiring: US Voice Process – Insurance

Office Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield.

Shift Options: Fixed US Timings

• Shift 1: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
• Shift 2: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• Shift 3: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Fixed Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Pay Structure:

• 0-17 months experience: INR 20,000 – 22,000 Take Home
• 18+ months experience: Up to INR 30,000 Take Home
• Variable Incentive: Up to INR 5,500

Cab Service:

• Metro travelers: One-way reimbursement, return cab
• Others: Full two-way cab support

Selection Process: 3 interview rounds

Requirements:

1. Graduates only (BE, BTech, and Masters are not eligible)
2. Proficient English communication skills
3. Prior experience
