Job Description

Job Title: Voice Process Executive – US Insurance
Location: EPIP Area, Graphite India Main Road, Near Brookefield
Shifts Available: Fixed Night Shifts (5:30 pm, 6:30 pm, or 8:30 pm)
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with fixed weekends off

Salary Package:

• ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (0-17 months experience, Take Home)
• Up to ₹30,000 (Take Home) for 18+ months of experience
• Additional variable pay up to ₹5,500

Commuting Benefits:

• One-way free cab and metro reimbursement for near-metro candidates
• Two-way cab service for non-metro candidates

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation required (BE, BTech, and Master’s candidates not eligible)
• Strong English communication skills
• Previous experience needed
