Job Description

Job Title: US Shift Customer Support (Insurance Voice Process)
Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Zone, Brookefield Vicinity
Shift Details: Choose from 3 fixed US shifts (5:30 pm – 2:30 am, 6:30 pm – 3:30 am, 8:30 pm – 5:30 am)
Working Days: Monday-Friday (Weekends Off)

Pay Structure:

• Freshers to 17 months’ experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take Home)
• 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 (Take Home)
• Performance-linked variable pay up to ₹5,500

Travel Assistance:

• Free cab for one side, with reimbursement for metro travel (near metro)
• Two-way cab service for non-metro candidates

Qualifications:

• Graduation mandatory (BE, BTech, Master’s degrees not eligible)
• Strong English communication
• Relevant experience preferred
