Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Representative – US Voice Process (Insurance)
Location: EPIP Area, Near Brookefield, Bengaluru
Shift: Fixed Night Shifts (5:30 pm, 6:30 pm, and 8:30 pm start times)
Work Days: Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off

Compensation:

• ₹20,000-₹22,000 (0-17 months experience)
• Up to ₹30,000 for 18+ months of experience (Take Home)
• Variable pay up to ₹5,500

Transportation:

• Free cab for one side; metro reimbursement for the other (near metro)
• Two-way cab for those outside metro routes

Eligibility:

• Graduation required (excluding BE, BTech, and Master’s degrees)
• Proficient in spoken English
• Prior work experience
