Job Description
Position: US Voice Process – Insurance Services ????
Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield ????
Shift Availability: Fixed US Shifts (3 choices) ⏰
• 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday ????️
Weekend Off: Saturday and Sunday ????
Salary Range:
• 0-17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 Take Home ????
• 18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 Take Home ????
• Variable Pay up to ₹5,500 ????
Transport Facility: ????
• Metro commuters: One-way reimbursed metro travel, return by free cab
• Non-metro commuters: Full two-way cab service
Interview Process: 3 rounds ????
Requirements:
1. Graduates only (No BE, BTech, or Masters) ????
2. Strong English communication skills ????️
3. Relevant experience in a similar role ✔️
