Job Description

Position: US Voice Process – Insurance

Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield.

Shifts Available: Fixed US Shifts (3 options)

• 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Weekends Off: Saturday and Sunday

Compensation:

• 0-17 months of experience: INR 20,000 – 22,000 Take Home
• 18+ months of experience: Up to INR 30,000 Take Home
• Variable Pay: Up to INR 5,500

Transportation:

• Metro commuters: One-way metro travel reimbursed, other way via free cab
• Non-metro commuters: Two-way cab service

Interview Process: 3 rounds

Requirements:

1. Graduates (BE, BTech, and Masters excluded)
2. Strong English communication skills
3. Relevant work experience
